剧情简介：

影片改编自中国侦探小说家程小青的《霍桑探案集》，讲述了在中俄边境有一个富裕而神秘的城市——黄金城，这里发生了一起离奇的谋杀案，扑朔迷离的线索，身份不明的各路人马都让霍桑的探案之旅充满了未知和险阻，而最大嫌疑犯——怪盗江南燕出神入化的易容技巧更是让整个案件变得错综复杂。霍桑究竟能否在一系列的危机之下查明真相并全身而退呢。

Synopsis:

The film is adapted from the Chinese detective novelist Cheng Xiaoqing's “Hawthorne Case Collection”. It tells the story took place in a wealthy and mysterious city on the Sino-Russian border - Golden City, where has a bizarre murder. The complicated and confusing clues and unidentified people all make Haworthie's exploration journey full of unknown and dangerous. And the biggest suspect - strange robber Jiangnan Yan’s superb skill also makes the whole case more complicated. Whether Hawthorne can find out the truth and get out of it safely under a series of crisis is unknown.
